Retail analytics projects
For clients with existing Loyalty programs we provide analytical support to leverage existing data for more effective marketing and successful sales. Our Data Science Competence Center is specifically geared to handle omnichannel retail data. We do groundwork to increase data quality, help to understand a customer base or provide individualized recommender engines.
Gift Card programs
Gifting is an emotional process, which we support with highly customizable Gift Card platforms, linked into all physical and digital channels to load and unload Gift Cards. B2C and B2B customers can create their own specific cards with individual messages and surprise a recipient with a personal touch. Gift Cards are a perfect tool to conquer new customer groups and drive revenue significantly! We also help clients to manage their portfolio, ensure card logistics and grow their program constantly.
